Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain a tidy reception area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in organizational tasks
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling and documentation
- Knowledge of event planning procedures is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to transcribe messages accurately
- Familiarity with various phone systems is beneficial
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No nights
- No weekends
