Your Role on Our Team
The Associate Channel Manager will be responsible for the commercialization of sales and marketing programs for our Field Marketing, Plumbing and Electrical teams.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to to identify, develop, commercialize and implement channel/customer specific programs (conversion opportunities, promotions).- Aid in development and execution of launch plans and marketing strategies for new product launches within your categories.- Manage approved channel specific expense budgets. Assist with the development and tracking of Field Marketing budget.- Collect/develop and analyze sales reports and market feedback from internal sources, customer feedback, and other sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes.- Work with Sales Directors and other sales representatives in the field to gain knowledge of our Field Marketing teams and understand what resources/programs they need to succeed.- Other Duties as assigned.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Business.- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales, and/or marketing.- Highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills.- Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details. Strong communication skills, persuasive and able to effectively communicate ideas.- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and Internet usage is required.- Ability to travel 20% of time.
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
- Significant knowledge of channels of distribution.- Experience using Power BI to visualize data (ability to create/author dashboards not required).- Passion for creating strong cross-functional relationships.- Quick learner, eager to jump into a new, unique role.
