**SharePoint Developer - Position Description**:
ICI Services is looking for a motivated **SharePoint Developer **to support various program offices** Remote**. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to U.S. Navy clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a **SharePoint Developer **ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

**Security Clearance**:

- Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, create, test, and deploy SharePoint sites in SharePoint Online.
- Create custom functionality using REST, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, and JSOM.
- Analyze business processes and where applicable assist in devising a solution within user environment.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing sites.
- Help ensure PII and CUI is properly stored, secured, and labelled.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end-users.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites including SharePoint Online.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft collaboration and productivity tools.
- The ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
- Familiar with REST, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, and JSOM.
- Experience creating and refining requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially if working remotely with team members and customers.
- Ability to explain technical issues to customers in a non-technical way.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Associate degree in web-based technology and/or 3-5 years of advanced SharePoint/ web-based experience.
- Security+ or higher certification (desired).
