Seeking Dental Front Desk/Billing Specialist/Office Manager with experience for High-End General Dentistry and Prosthodontics Practice.

Full-time Position

Our office is an up and coming leader in high-end dental care. Our single doctor practice is a prosthodontist who specializes in cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and providing comprehensive dental care at the highest level. Our team strives to provide exceptional customer service and a personalized experience for every patient that walks through our doors. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of care and premier customer service. We depend on a customer oriented front office team, accurate estimates and billing, exceptional communication, and positive attitudes.

We are seeking an addition to our front office team that will help us with:

- Scheduling and Treatment Coordination
- Billing and Office Accounting
- Greeting patients and providing concierge service in office
- Assisting with patient communications and marketing efforts

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional Customer service and people skills
- Minimum 2 years of Dental Front Office experience
- Must have experience dealing with dental insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and explaining insurance estimates to patients
- Familiarity with Open Dental is a big plus
- Familiarity with running daily, weekly, and monthly reports is preferred
- Comfortable discussing high cost treatment plans and collections
- MUST be a team player that is willing to assimilate with the team and work together with others to help the office continue growth

Working hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:30pm with lunch 12-1pm

Compensation: $28-40/hr depending on qualifications and determined job responsibilities

**Experience**:

- Dental office experience: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Office manager experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Piedmont, CA 94610: Relocate before starting work (required)
