**Location**: Boston, MA
**Salary** :$85,000 - $120,000

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Analyze project requirements and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine the scope of work.
- Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate risks and develop contingency plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction techniques.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in project bid meetings and negotiations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
