**Experience**:

- Prior experience in Solar or Roofing A plus, particularly in D2D, is advantageous
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with basic computer skills
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively
- Experience in conducting product demos is desirable
