**Overview**:
The Woods College of Advancing Studies (Woods) is hiring a temporary finance and accounting position to assist the Associate Dean of Finance and Administration along with Operations team to do the following:

- Manage billings, invoicing, deposits for all activity within Woods
- Reconcile p-card transactions monthly
- Provide reconciliations to the Associate Dean monthly
- Track expenditures agains allocations in the budget
- Process expense reimbursements as needed
- Prepare and process budget transfers as needed

The position is needed on a temporary basis with the possibility of an extension through the end of the summer. Hours can be flexible on a weekly basis.

**Qualifications**
- Reconciliations
- Use of Excel and Google Sheets
- Fundamental accounting knowledge related to invoicing, processing payments, budget transfers, etc.
- Prepare basic reports on actual versus budget
- Problem solving

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
