Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security personnel in various locations. Your role will involve ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, as well as providing leadership and guidance to your team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security officers, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific security needs and develop appropriate strategies
- Conduct investigations into incidents or breaches of security protocols
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize risks and protect assets
- Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor activities on-site
- Ensure that all security equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Facilitate hiring process, backgrounds, etc.
- Assist in the development of policies
- Assist and instruct in training of current and newly hired guards

**Skills**:

- Must have Act 235 and CWP (required)
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in law enforcement (Preferred 5+ years)
- Previous security experience (required)
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must possess or ability to obtain successfully, PSP, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances
