Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead religious services and deliver sermons that inspire and engage the congregation
- Provide pastoral care, including counseling, visitations, and support for individuals in times of need
- Mentor and educate church members on matters of faith, spirituality, and Christian living
- Plan and organize church events, programs, and activities to promote fellowship and spiritual growth
- Conduct weddings, baptisms, funerals, and other religious ceremonies
- Manage church administration and collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
- Address conflicts or issues within the congregation with empathy and effective conflict management skills

Qualifications:

- Ordained or licensed as a Pastor within a recognized Christian denomination
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to deliver engaging sermons
- Experience in Christian counseling, hospice care, crisis management, and conflict resolution
- Proficient in writing and communication for creating sermons, articles, and other materials
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide the congregation with wisdom and compassion
