Host/Cashier

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest services
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and reservations
- Manage the waitlist and ensure timely seating
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Handle cash transactions using Aloha POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Uphold high standards of guest relations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Shift:

- Evening shift

- Feasterville Trevose, PA 19053: Relocate before starting work (required)
