OPERA SYSTEM EXPERIENCE NEEDED
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to provide personalized service
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Work setting:
- In-person
