We're seeking someone to join our dynamic training team and hone their skills into a world class asset to the dog training community
Our Dog Trainers are critical and take on many responsibilities at our facility We work directly with clients to answer questions, train dogs in the facility during their stays, run classes of 10-15 dogs, and support our daycare and boarding facility on a day-to-day basis. Support in a growing Board and Train program recieving 30% commission on projects assigned from day 1 Take part in our Enrichment program earning commission by spending one on one time with dogs during play sessions Trainers are also responsible for our dog park by running checks, helping, and communicating with clients, coaching animal behaviors, and checking in guests. Trainers play a big part in supporting our facility, watching our daycare dogs while they play, correcting any bad behavior, picking up poop/pee, and providing safe and healthy environment for them. Our three pillars are safety, cleanliness, and communication and our goal as a training team is to raise the standards of training in all areas and provide an amazing experience for our clients.
- Enjoy a Base pay of $15 an hour with multiple opportunities to make commission with no cap, seeing an upwards of an additional $765 a week
- Collaborate with several experienced trainers and gain hands-on experience in behavior, obedience, and socialization
- Work directly with our owner and head of training Spencer Mak
- Build your experience with a wide range of tools and equipment for training
- Build lasting relationships with dogs and their owners as we help guide them through training all the way up to service and therapy animal work
- Enjoy free daycare and boarding for your dogs as a perk of working with us

- We are currently hiring for a PM position (12pm-9pm) Wednesday-Friday and weekends (9am-6pm). Are you able to work this shift?
- This job will require you to support in running group training classes of 10-15 clients after completed training, do you have any relative public speaking experince?

- High school or equivalent (required)
