Arteriors is looking for a multi-talented artist or tradesman to work with us in the decorative arts. We are a successful and growing business of over 30 years providing custom paint finishes to the hospitality, commercial and residential interior design industry.
Some background in visual arts is required. Experience with plastering or house painting is a plus. You must be comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding, be able to take direction and have a positive, professional attitude. We are looking for someone to grow with us and be committed to a long-term career in the decorative arts.
Digital design experience and proficiency is a plus and will allow for a higher pay rate and full time hours. If you have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva to provide digital graphic/design work for our social media accounts, marketing and as a support for mock-ups, and mural design, please provide a portfolio or examples of your work to be considered.
Schedule is approximately 30 hours, Monday thru Friday. Hours may fluctuate from 20-40 per week depending on the number of jobs scheduled and ability in digital design. Flexibility is key. Base pay starts at $22-28/hour depending on your experience. With the addition of digital work, the base rate starts at $25-30/hour. We pay weekly and have a mileage reimbursement plan. Paid time off after 90 days.
