- Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance performance.
- Demonstrate brand citizenship by maintaining compliance with all required brand and service standards, and license agreements mandates.
- Drive improvement in guest satisfaction goals. Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Speak to guest - ask their feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- IHG experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in rooms, food and beverage in hotel department.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be an extreme hands-on leader to promote a positive guest experience.
- Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
- Be fully hands on in operations.
