**The Position**
The Restoration Lead Technician is primarily responsible for coordinating with the field team to successfully follow the scope of work for one or more projects at a time. You will be working alongside a crew in the field. You will be responsible for on call jobs emergency jobs as well.
**Job Duties**
- Cleaning up and mitigation of water and mold in residential and commercial properties
- Able to take emergency jobs after 5pm
- Oversee and able to cut drywall, remove drywall, baseboards, flooring, and remove trash
- Ability to sketch a property including paper sketches
- Ability to follow scope of work
- Responsible for notifying General Manager when there is a risk of the project not meeting the schedule
- Ability to lead a crew on the Jobsite
- Ability to take pictures of the job site and get the scope of work
- Responsible for following directions from Management regarding each job
- Knowledge of water damage and mold remediation clean up
- Work with crew members to resolve problems as discovered
- Create and maintain job site inventories
- If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill in as needed depending on the priority
**Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements**
- Some experience and knowledge in water, and mold remediation
- Experience with Insurance Program jobs
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to use an iPhone
- Valid Driver's License
- Xactimate experience
- Ability to carry 50 lbs
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Better if Certified in Water Restoration or Mold Remediation
