Personal Injury Paralegal

This position demands a profound understanding of no-fault laws, insurance billing practices, and negotiation tactics. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers to streamline billing and negotiation processes, guaranteeing efficient and effective handling. Moreover, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all settlements are accurately disbursed, thereby ensuring clients receive their rightful compensation promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with the Partners to oversee the timely distribution of settled cases, maintaining our reputation for efficiency.
- Compile and negotiate bills and liens both before and at the time of settlement, adhering to established guidelines and practices.
- Liaise with various internal teams to gather necessary case details and billing data to ensure accurate disbursements.
- Monitor and manage a high volume of billing requests, ensuring they align with established timelines and priorities.
- Proactively identify and address discrepancies or issues in billing information, ensuring the accuracy of disbursements.
- Maintain meticulous records of billing activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Pay: $42,657.29 - $60,000.00 per year
