Demonstrate and sell Verizon products and services, including wireless devices, plans, and accessories.
Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly and professionally addressing customer concerns.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about the latest Verizon products, services, and industry trends.
Attend sales training and continually build product knowledge.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
**Qualifications**:
High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field is beneficial.
Prior sales experience, preferably in wireless, telecommunications, or a related industry.
Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a talent for building relationships.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
