**SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER COMMUNITY COORDINATOR**
**(FULL TIME)**

FACEGYM is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the team reporting directly to our CMO.

At FACEGYM, we are putting content & community at the center of everything we do. This Social Media Coordinator role combines strategic planning, content creation, community development and channel management. In this role, you will be responsible for how we show up across our social channels (mainly Instagram and Tiktok), as well as using this to help inform our overall brand expression across digital and in-store touchpoints.

You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience and Product teams plus Education and Studio teams to ensure other areas of marketing are content led. You will create inspiring, disruptive, and innovative content to help engage new and existing fans, users and ambassadors. You will manage our community of loyalists, experts and superfans.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Organic social media management including but not limited to Instagram, Instagram (Feed, Stories, Reels) TikTok (Feed, Shop)
- Manage all day-to-day social media planning, tactics and implementation, including curating content, implementing paid promotion for social posts, managing contests/events, and overseeing and handling community communications.
- Manage social media calendar and social media section of integrated calendar
- Support Digital Agency on asset requests required for paid social media and site pages
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos).
- Management of all comments and DMs (non-customer service related) directly on our owned channels and in our CX tool (Gorgias)
- Nurture relationships with influencers with the support of US PR agency
- Oversee the development of our community of ambassadors (loyalists, experts and superfans)
- Capture and publish community and partner event content
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Set specific objectives, KPIs and report on ROI
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills, extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Manage 1-2 social media interns per quarter

- You are a visual storyteller with strong experience bringing content to life. You understand how content is created and optimized for each output, while adhering to internal strategies and best practices.
- You’re knowledgeable in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, & basic video editing skills for Reels & TikTok
- You have an eye for design and aesthetics
- You’re comfortable creating content and be in front of the camera
- You’re on top of the latest trends across social platforms
- You know how to use various social media and influencer measurement tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in social media and/or community management
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc) and understand how to create content for each
- Proficiency in video editing
- Canva or Figma experience a plus
- Experience working in smaller, high-growth beauty companies is a plus
- Ability to spend at least 1 day per week in one or more of our studio locations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
