Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, baking, and packaging of goods
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize bakery efficiency and productivity
- Maintain quality control standards for all baked goods produced
- Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Monitor sales trends and adjust production levels accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in bakery management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and management practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Background in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in catering or kitchen management is a plus
- Assistant manager experience is desirable

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.00 per week
