**What We Do**: We service most Cars, Trucks and Light Duty Diesel Trucks, accept most extended warranties and our services include everything from oil changes & scheduled maintenance to diagnostics and major repairs.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong automotive diagnostics skills
- Mechanical knowledge and experience
- Proficiency with hand tools for repairs and maintenance
- Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, including transmissions, alignment, hydraulics, suspension, and HVAC systems
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Service technician experience with a focus on customer service
- Capable of soldering, heavy lifting, tire service, and welding tasks
**Routine Responsibilities Include**:
- Diagnose customer complaints and concerns efficiently and correctly.
- Road Test vehicles to diagnose and assure repairs have been made correctly.
- Documenting diagnostic steps and procedures fully and legibly on the repair order.
- Perform multi-point digital vehicle inspections.
- Communicate results of diagnosis and multipoint inspection with your Service Advisor so that customers can be informed and make decisions regarding service needed.
- Perform needed services and repairs.
- Mentor other technicians in both diagnostic and standard repair procedures.
- Be willing to transfer your knowledge to others to improve their overall abilities.
Keeping the work area clean and safe.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
