**WAREHOUSE SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION**

A sales representative will be responsible for growing our business within the warehousing and logistics community of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.

**GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS**:

- Possesses a high degree of integrity.
- Enjoys working in collaboration with others and in sharing success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Competency in computing tools, including CRM and Proposal preparation tools.
- Working familiarity with digital tools for generating leads and identifying opportunities. Outstanding work ethic.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate leads and coordinate strategies to close business
- Prepare and present proposals to the prospective customer
- Produce regular call reports based on volumes necessary to meet revenue and gross profit goals
- You will help educate management on the needs identified in the marketplace including, but not limited to, competitive offerings and pricing, and opportunities for expanding our offerings
- You will retain Account Management responsibility for all new sales and any assigned to you.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Good time management skills
- Good communication skills; able to effectively communicate to all levels of management both internally and externally
- Strong active listening skills; gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and letting others fully state their ideas
- Good follow through skills; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Excellent self motivation skills; maintains a strong work ethic

**EXPERIENCE**:

- a degree in Business, Marketing, or directly related experience, is required.
- Proven and verifiable success in sales within the Warehousing community or its equivalent, is required.
- You must show at least five years of a successful track record in B2B sales to be considered.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven and verifiable sales success within the warehouse community
- 5 years experience

**JOB TYPE**:Full time

**COMPENSATION**:Negotiable

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
