The Combat Sports Report EMT/Nurse is a professional who oversees competitions and ensures grapplers follow safety procedures during competition. The EMT/Nurse will make judgement calls weather to end the match or if the competitor can continue. This is a critical role to ensure every competitor and spectator can enjoy a clean match.

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in various settings. This position will be on a per diem schedule and event by event basis. **The first job is on June 8th from noon to 11pm. There may be other opportunities later on.**

**Duties**:

- Respond to emergencies promptly and provide efficient and immediate care as necessary
- Assess the patient's condition and determine a course of treatment as necessary
- Administer basic life support and perform interventions as necessary
- Call medical facilities for transport as needed
- Document all patient information and treatment provided accurately

**Skills**:

- Profound anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques
- Experience with venipuncture for blood draws
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Previous exposure to emergency room (ER) or critical care environments
- Ability to conduct physical examinations and utilize durable medical equipment (DME)
- Competence in airway management techniques

Pay: $26.81 - $32.29 per hour
