Job Summary:

As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of kitchen staff
- Help with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and processing payments
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Perform retail math calculations accurately for cash handling purposes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
