The trainer will be responsible for preparing all employees on training DC functions & materials. Training may includ exempt, Management to Director level. The trainer will plan based on business projected forcast provided by Management to successfully integrate the population into the workforce. Will be based on functions, departments, and level of knowledge. The trainer must have the capabilities of drafting and delivering related materials and training processes as well as facilitate a successful adult learning process. The trainer will also be able to lead the training team (of leads, supervisors, and above) and delegate training efforts, responsibilities and prioritize tasks to support the DC operation.

Salary Range: $23.00-$24.00 / pr hour

SPECIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years in training setting.
- Create documents/SOPs/Best Methods in DC/Fulfillment setting
- 2-5 years of experience delivering training with big box DC’s
- Solid comprehension of methodologies, training, proceses, and standards.
- Advanced MS Office, Exel, Powerpoint.
- Ability to deliver material in classroom setting.
- The ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Ability to understand WMS systems Oracle and High-Jump training.
- Ability to understand all job functions in the DC and deliver through training.
- Ability to communicate in English/Spanish.
- Ability to capture new processes and translate into technical documents
