Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include organizing the warehouse, managing inventory, preparing materials for installation crews, and ensuring that our teams have all the resources they need to be effective in the field. You will act as a vital link between our installation crews and upper management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain the warehouse for optimal efficiency.
- Keep accurate inventory of all materials and equipment.
- Prepare and provide the balance of materials needed for each installation crew.
- Minimize the need for crews to visit distributors by maintaining a well-stocked warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with installation crews and upper management.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed in the warehouse.
- Manage and track the usage of materials to prevent waste and optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage the procurement of materials.
- Conduct regular audits and generate inventory reports for management.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical solar installations and balance of materials.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. Owning a pickup truck is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma; a degree in business, logistics, or relevant field is a plus.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
