**Responsibilities**
- Extract, manipulate, and interpret large amounts of raw data using various data tools
- Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods.
- Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
- Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
**Required Qualifications**
- Korean & English Bilingual
- BA/BS in related field such as Mathematics, Statistics and Data Analyssis
- Data Analytic skills, including extracting, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytics tools
(Prior experience in any of the following: SQL Server, MySQL, Google BigQuery)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in search analysis and business analysis
- Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams
- Experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
- Experience using Tableau or Superset
- Experience using a behavior analytics tool
- Experience in any of the following programming languages for data analysis and ML/statistical modeling: Python, R, Java, and C++
- Understanding of the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Web APIs

**Pay range**
The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $54,000 - $58,000 (yr);
A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay.
Base pay information is based on market location. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.
Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
