Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and team management. If you have a passion for creating delicious dishes and leading, we would love to hear from you.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Curate a Menu
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling and assigning tasks to kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $13.90 - $15.41 per hour

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
- Culinary experience: 2 years (preferred)
