Job Summary:
JAMES AND SON TRUCKING is looking for individuals to join our team as a Sub
- Contractors delivering and installing appliances.

We are not just looking for drivers and helpers, we are looking for self-motivated professionals who take pride in their work and serving customers.

Provide the highest quality of service throughout the pick-up and delivery process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service as you safely load, transport, and deliver to customer homes.
- Greet customers upon arriving at the specific location.
- Operate a 26ft box truck safely to load and unload customer's products
- Must be able to pass a Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Check.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance and communicate professionally.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 year experience of operating a 26' box truck
- Must be insured by our insurance company.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Check.
- Must have and be able to use a mobile device.
- Must be able to understand and operate (GPS).
- Knowledge of the tri-county area.
- Have a positive attitude
- Good commination skills and professional manner in dealing with customers and fellow associates and supervisors.
- Run routes effectively, meeting or exceeding designated route time.
- Handle company equipment properly, follow written driver safety rules, comply with all DOT regulations, and perform pre-trip inspections.
- Responsible for upkeep/cleanliness of truck at the end of shift.
- Must be at least able to lift 50 lbs. or more

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $160.00 per day

**Benefits**:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

- 12 hour shift

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mobile, AL: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: On the road
