**Location: Rio Vista, CA**
**Duration: Full Time**
**Responabilities**:
- Oversee daily operation of construction jobsites.
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed.
- Communicate project progress with project team members.
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization.
- Confer with and direct subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work.
- Confer with the project team to resolve onsite construction issues.
- Inspects work to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications.
- Schedules and coordinates all AHJ and Third-Party inspections.
- Address all designer/consultant observation reports, correction notices and punch lists.
- Compile daily logs, report on progress, materials, labor, equipment and adjust work schedules.
- Perform other duties as job site management duties as assigned.
**Experience**:
- Experience as a sole superintendent for a commercial contractor with experience in DSA regulated school construction (K-12), public works projects, and commercial related projects.
- Strong management and communications skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards.
- In-depth knowledge of code compliance.
- OSHA-30.
- Experience in Procore.
Pay: $100,718.42 - $130,435.09 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
