Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
**Skills**:
- Strong background in hospitality management and human resources
- Knowledge of hotel management practices
- Experience in night audit procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and etiquette
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Reliable transportation is required, travel to and from 2 properties is a key component of this position
A full, comprehensive insurance package and PTO is offered with this full-time position.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
