**How You’ll Make an Impact**

The Account Coordinator I require a high level of computer and interpersonal competency as well as consistent self-discipline to manage and maintain various budgets and supporting reports for the field sales team. The Account Coordinator I is accountable for integrating into a fast-paced environment providing account coordination support and reporting functions with a responsive service-level expectation. The Account Coordinator I possess a working knowledge of all of VGO Installer Channel procedures and systems and is responsible for prioritizing assigned projects-based expectations and demands. This role integrates the regional inside sales responsibilities including contacting both current and prospective customers, helping to manage and improve the Valvoline onboarding and customer experience.
- Support field team needs for day-to-day business needs and reporting in SAP, SFDC, and other internal systems, including:

- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Enrollment and record creation
- Prepare reports to track budgets for incentive funding, point of sale materials, accounts receivable, and other account activities within our digital tools
- Assist in coordination of onboarding and offboarding of installer channel accounts. This includes setup and managing customer hierarchies, reviewing records, audits, and customer service
- Prepare and manage equipment work orders, asset & records, and invoices
- Perform inside sales/phone sales efforts including a focus on current customer experience

**What You’ll Need**
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years customer support and/or account coordination experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with “do it for me” (DIFM) automotive or heavy-duty market experience preferred
- Strong track record of customer experience and winning as a team
- Working expertise of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Teams, PPT, Excel
- Working expertise and ability to understand and manage our contracts and payments within DIFM NA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
