**We are currently hiring for serval clients in the Northwest Suburbs. Part time and full time shifts available. We have shifts ranging in 4 hours/day-12 hours/day-make your own schedule We focus on finding a long-term fit that matches your comfort level and experience. We want this to be a good fit for you too**

**Job Types: Full time/ Part time**

**Experience: 2 year minimum required**

**Expected hours: 15-40 per week**

**Work location: In person**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside ( doctors appointments, walks etc.)
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Do the client's shopping or accompanying them when they shop
- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Preform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients ( when they are able)
- Report any unusual incidents

**Skills**:

- Good time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Respectful and compassionate
- Strong ethics
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
