**About us**

We are a growing mental health practice specializing in women's mental health. We work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and body image, past trauma, transitional life stages, and more. We tap into our clients’ individual strengths and equip them with the necessary tools to navigate their current challenges.

**Duties**:

- Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, MBSR, Solution Focused, Trauma Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, etc.
- Conduct clinical research and data collection to contribute to the field of mental health
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of psychology/social work/counseling

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Valid licensure as a clinician in the state of employment (LCSW or LPC)
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such CBT, MBSR, Solution Focused, Trauma Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, etc.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting

**Must be willing to work a minimum of one evening per week

**Must be willing to offer in-person sessions

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
