Janitor/handyman

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Occasionally Perform a variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairs
- General cleaning of showroom, offices, bathrooms etc.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs if needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas

**Skills**:

- Experience in custodial work, facilities maintenance
- Ability to maintain and clean various surfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with staff
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
