Job Overview:

- Oversee the energy usage of the refinery operations, ensuring optimal energy efficiency
- Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce energy consumption and costs
- Conduct energy audits, ensuring compliance with energy regulations and standards and prepare and present reports on energy usage, costs, and conservation efforts
- Work with various departments to integrate energy conservation measures into their operations
- Provide training and awareness programs to staff on energy conservation and efficiency practices
- Typical Job Titles: Environmental Engineer, Energy Coordinator, etc.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
- Certifications in energy management, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), could be beneficial
- Understanding of energy management principles and practices, particularly in the context of oil and gas refinery operations
- Familiarity with energy regulations, standards, and best practices in the oil and gas industry
- Several years of experience in energy management, preferably in the oil and gas industry

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
