Experienced Hydroblast Technician

**Job description**:

- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Hands-on operation of manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment;
- Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps;
- Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized Hydroblasting and/or Chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job;
- May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations;
- Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit and all peripherals, including industrial vacuuming equipment and the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials;
- Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job;
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Class C driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, (Class a or B is a plus)
- Minimum of two years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry
- Able to complete required site courses at Safety Council facility (40hr HAZWOPER)
- Able to work Shift work, Turnaround work, and be on call on weekends
- Professional Appearance and able to communicate professionally with customers
- Able to pass a fit test
- High school or equivalent

**Requirements**:

- TWIC Card
- Ability to pass medical screening and drug test (pre-employment, random, and annual)
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
- Basic mechanical skill preferred
- Ability to travel as needed
- Background check required

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
