**ANCC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinates a patient-focused team in providing direct and collaborative health care in a variety of clinical settings designed to promote and restore optimal health across the life span.
- Utilizes all components of the nursing process in providing care that reflects an understanding of individual, cultural, and religious diversities and needs, and recognition of patient rights.
- Utilizes knowledge and expertise in case management to provide comprehensive, coordinated, seamless care to individuals and aggregate groups.
- Coordinates, integrates, and facilitates that patient/provider relationship.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current New York State RN License required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
- 5 years’ Emergency Department experience required.
- 2 years’ experience in a charge role required.

Pay: $54.06 - $62.71 per hour
