- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Submitting supplemental evidence filings with EOIR in advance of Individual/Merits
Hearings.
- Completion and development of affidavits with clients.
- Drafting motions for filing with the Immigration Court.
- Proactive communication with clients to answer questions and provide status updates.
- **Common Cases Luqman Law Handles**_

**-Asylum**
**-Cancellation of Removal**
**-Adjustment of Status**
**-Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and Custody**
**-U-Visa and VAWA Applications\**
**-Citizenship**
**-Misdemeanor and Federal Criminal Defense**
- **Requirements**:_
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Organized and follows Company Workflows
- **Recommended Experience**:_
- Immigration Paralegal or Paralegal experience: 1-2 years (Recommended)
- **Recommended Education**:_
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Associate’s Degree is a Minimum Requirement

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
