- *Platform Management:*
- Install,

- Ensure the platform is upto the date with latest software versions and patches
- Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability
- *Data collection and analysis:*
- Configure data collection settings to gather relevant information from endpoints.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to improve the digital employee experience.
- *Incident Detection and Resolution:*
- Use Nexthink to detect and diagnose IT issues
- Work with IT teams to resolve incidents promptly
- Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent future incidents
- *Reporting and Virtualization:*
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders to provide insights into the IT environment.
- Customize reports to meet the needs of different departments and teams
- *User Training and Support:*
- Train IT staff and end users on how to use Nexthink effectively
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for platform users
- Develop training materials and documentation
- *Compliance and Security:*
- Ensure data collected and processed by Nexthink complies with relevant regulations and standards
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the platform and data
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments
- *Integration and Automation:*
- Integrate Nexthink with other IT management and monitoring tools
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT operations
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability. Pay: $47,394.35 - $110,077.07 per year Benefits:
