**What You'll Be Doing**

As Fulfillment Specialist, you will generate customer order pick tickets; pull and stage materials required to fulfil customer orders; review customer orders for special requirements and shipping instructions; generate final checklists; and inspect, secure, and prepare materials for shipping. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently; verify quality and quantity before shipping; prepare orders for shipment.
- Participating in production meetings; sharing knowledge during the meetings.
- Recording and tracking activity in warehouse management and other systems.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment; complying with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Performing inspections of work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Cross-training with various other materials management positions to provide backup for peak demand, vacations, or absence.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**How You Qualify**
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of materials management experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
- Strong understanding of quality control standards required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Please note, actual pay is commensurate with experience within the posted pay range.
