Early Childhood Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young minds. If you have a love for educating and nurturing children, this role is perfect for you.

**Duties**:

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners
- provide guidence, support and supervision to early childhood educators and staff members.

Assist in training sessions to enhance the professional development of staff and ensure adherence to program goals and standards.

Collaborate with community organizations, agencies, to promote access to early childhood resourses and services

Coordinate materials, equipment, and resourses necessary for program operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working in early chikdhoof education or related field, with demonstrated leadership and suoervisory skilld.

CDA, and knowledge of Texas Rising Star Program

String knowledge of child development theories, early learning principles, and best practices in early childhood education.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with adminstartors, children, staff and parents.

Famililarity with rekevant regulations,accrefiation standards, and quality asdurance frameworks in early childhood education.

Must be a team player, smile and love people.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
