What will you do:

- Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ and technical information.
- Participate in additional special team or individual projects.

Education and competencies required:

- A Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a similar field is preferred, Bachelors degree required
- 2+ years laboratory experience
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Customer centric attitude

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $70,000.00-$88,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
