Mobile Herbicide Applicator

**Responsibilities**:

- Uphold all company policies and procedures related to workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and quality of work.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have an Illinois Driver’s License.
- Have or obtain a State of Illinois General Herbicide Applicator License before starting.
- Reliable transportation to report to Cardinal State office location or direct report to jobsites.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, or invasive plant control is beneficial

**Benefits**:
