Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for automotive repair services. Your expertise in automotive sales and service will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damages and determine repair requirements
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor, parts, and materials needed for repairs
- Communicate with customers to explain the estimate, answer questions, and address concerns
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and repair techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service processes
- Proficient in using computerized estimating systems
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to accurately assess damages and prepare estimates
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify repair solutions
- Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or similar role in an automotive repair facility
- Familiarity with oil changes, transmission services, tire services, vehicle maintenance, sales, automotive repairs, and service writing
- Valid driver's license
