**Position: Automotive Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs efficiently, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address customer concerns meticulously, ensuring Fixed First Visit expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct comprehensive Electronic Multi-Point Inspections on all vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, providing updates on additional issues and time requirements.
- Master dealership management systems for seamless workflow, communication, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a meticulously clean and organized workspace, with utmost care for dealership-owned tools.
- Participate enthusiastically in factory-sponsored training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay abreast of factory technical bulletins and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold professional appearance, work ethic, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; completion of recognized Automotive/Technical School preferred.
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred; factory training and/or manufacturer certification highly valued.
- Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Possession of an excellent driving record and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing including background check and drug screening.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and continuous use of hands, fingers, and arms.
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, crawling, stooping, and kneeling as needed.
- Commitment to safe operation of vehicles and equipment.
