**Properties will be located in Allegan, Gobles, Bloomingdale.**

**On-call rotation to include all three locations above as well as Decatur, Hartford and Paw Paw MI.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs at various locations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain optimal functionality.
- On call rotation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Dependability**: We need someone who shows up consistently and can be relied upon.
- **Self-Starter**: Take initiative and tackle tasks independently.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in maintenance and repair work.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- 1-year related experience or training.
- High school or GED equivalent preferred.
- Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Capable of lifting 50lbs.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
