**Salary**: 60k to 70k (Plus commissions)

**Travel**:50%

**Position Summary**:
We’re looking to hire a Field Marketing Manager to join our North America Enterprise team to drive accountability for quantitative marketing and demand results. This position will interact closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to deliver first-class results to our internal and external clients. This is a hybrid role (3x/week in the office) based in Port Charlote, FL.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of accountability for quantitative marketing and customer service results that drive revenue growth, customer retention, and customer expansion
- Proven Experience in Strategic Sales
- 5+ Years in Marketing, communications, business, or another related field
- 5+ Years of Management Experience
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies and tactics, including customer marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct research and use data to make informed decisions, including A/B testing and experiment design and execution

**Responsibilities**
- Travel to our National Distributers and create a positive and marketable relationship
- Manage and develop a team of Brand Ambassadors
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure that messaging, positioning, and content are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives, including pipeline generation, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
- Culture meeting with members of the Sign in Solutions team.

**Travel**
- Up to 50% National travel - may include overnight on all avenues of transportation (plane, and/or automobile)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
