Builder

Job Overview:
We are seeking a well rounded builder capable of doing a variety of jobs, with experience in carpentry, painting, tiling, framing, drywall, and other typical home improvement disciplines. After a thirty day trial period, the position can evolve into a project management role, but only for expert carpenters. Compensation will match your level of experience and expertise. Applicants must have reliable transportation and professional power tools.

**Duties**:

- Precision cutting using a variety of professional tools
- Install fixtures and fittings according to specifications
- Siding, window, and door installation
- Demolition of walls, floors, and ceilings
- Caulk joints and seams to ensure proper sealing
- Tiling experience a plus
- Perform frame carpentry for various construction projects
- Lifting heavy building supplies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in carpentry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
