Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
- Drive strategic planning for workforce development and succession planning
- Manage human capital effectively to maximize employee performance and engagement
- Conduct performance management processes and provide guidance on employee relations
- Utilize HR systems for data management and reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Oversee employee training and development programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Hotel experience preferred
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on strategic HR initiatives
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in workplace safety
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee evaluation
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
