Fascial Specialist

**The Partner**: We're seeking a certified/licensed fascial specialist is stretch or massage to partner with in offering services. This partner will be working with us as a business partner (aka you currently own your own business) or as a 1099 sub-contractor. Having your own client list at this time is not required.

**The Overview of this Role ** : The role of the partner will be to offer one-one fascial therapy services. We are seeking a skilled fascial stretch or massage therapist that is interested in :(a) working one-one with Restorative Fitness clients in the Restorative Fitness office, and (b) working one-one with your own current or future clients in the Restorative Fitness office, and (c) willing to work with Restorative Fitness on your business development and marketing (we want to help you too)

**Working Together** : We are looking to share our office space with another working professional that is focused on improving clients flexibility, mobility, and function through gentle, assisted stretching or massage techniques targeting the body's connective tissue.

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' range of motion, flexibility, and musculoskeletal health.
- Develop customized Fascial Stretch Therapy programs based on clients' individual goals, needs, and physical condition.
- Perform Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions using a combination of manual stretching techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and breathing techniques to optimize results.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy and provide guidance on exercises and stretches to complement treatment.
- Maintain accurate client records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists, to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in Fascial Stretch Therapy and related fields to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold professional standards of ethics, confidentiality, and client care at all times.

**Hours Per Week** : Hours per week are negotiable at this time up to 10 hours a week to start. This has the potential to grow into a full time opportunity as we grow the Partners book of business. At this point in time, hours would need to fall on these between these hours:

- Mon-Thurs 5:30am-8:00pm
- Fri 6:00am-6:00pm
- Saturday 8am-12:00pm

**Compensation** : The Partner can set their own rates per session or per hour. We will agree upon a commission split (between Partner and Restorative Fitness) depending on whether the Partner is working with us as an independent business or as a 1099 sub-contractor.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
